Spottedtail is indeed a site to see, for an ocicat is a rare find here in the forest. Spottedtail's base is fairly short, with a dark sandy color, littered with the infamous black spots. Tall ears sit on top of a triangular head, above golden eyes and a delicate pink nose. Built like a WindClanner, Spottedtail has long legs meant for running and a lean figure, making her seem scrawnier than average. Her long, whip like tail has a puffy black tip, which she constantly has to keep away from overly playful kits. But what really makes others stare is not the unusual spots, but the scars. Long, jagged scars cover her tail and legs, as well as a small one right below her nose, and on the back of her right ear, which stetches down to her throat.

Spottedtail is the ideal elder: Sweet, kind, loving, wise...
Pfft. You wish. As an apprentice, Spottedtail was withdrawn and quiet, or snapping at the other apprentices and kits. Though her elder's worried for her, Spottedtail was determained and hard-working, despite her social skills. One senior warrior was foolish enough to tell her to be more "outgoing." He was quickly put to shame by Spottedtail's sharp tongue and quick wit, and later deeply regretted the decision, because Spottedtail did start to speak up. Her harsh, sarcastic tone became the thing that caused kits and apprentice to cower, and warriors tried their best to stay out of her way. Cats from outside ShadowClan were impressed by her stubborn will and intense loyalty, though weary. In the end, it was Spottedtail's own fault when two warriors whom she grown close to died, sending her spiraling into grief-inspired insanity. She went missing from the camp for days on end, returning with either a wild grin on her face or eyes wide with fear. When she recovered from her brief episode, cats stayed even further away, and she no longer trusted her own Clan-mates. So now she sits in the Elder's den, quiet, with a lost look on her face.

Bad blood runs through Spottedtail's veins. Her grandfather was a netorious rouge, tricking her ShadowClan grandmother into secretly helping him. They worked together for moons, Spottedtail's grandmother completely unaware of how she was being used. When she bore the rouges kits, including her father, the rouge ran, leaving her grandmother to fend for herself. She was banned for helping the rouge, and many did not trust Spottedtail's father except for her mother. When Spottedtail was born, she was one of six brothers and sisters. Unable to feed the large litter, Spottedtail was given to another queen, who often wouldn't let her feed until her own kits were well feed. Spottedtail's mother was so concern for her own kits she paid no attention to Spottedtail, especially after two of her siblings died. When the four remaining kits became apprentices, one drown in the river while another fell from a tree and broke their neck, instantly killing them. From these harsh experiances, Spottedtail learned not to get close to her family, or anyone. As a warrior, Spottedtail's last sister and mother died in a battle with RiverClan, and her father was caught by the deadly greencough later. Now alone, Spottedtail was fine for a brief time before the afore mentioned insanity. Wrought with grief and betrayed by her own mind, Spottedtail took a physical toll for the mental strain. When she recovered, she begged Novastar for an early retirement, right before the old leader left. Spottedtail spent about a year as an elder before finally passing away, finding peace for her troubled soul in StarClan upon being reunited with her family and friends.
