Stormkit;;
how long have I been in this storm so overwhelmed by the ocean's shapeless form water's getting harder to tread with these waves crashing over my head
Stormkit flew triumphantly out of the nursery, a smirk on her face. She had successfully evaded Blackclaw, her overbearing father. He was absoloutely nuts! It was like he was everywhere; in the medicine cat den when the scents drew Stormkit to take a peek; standing at the camp entrance when Stormkit wanted to go out and hunt; there to shut her up when she wanted to talk about her mother to her new clanmates. She felt like she was trapped in some tiny space with walls of Blackclaw closing in on her. "Ugh! Fathers..." she muttered. The kit shook her pelt, causing it to fluff out even more than usual. And that was the thing. She wasn't allowed to call him 'father' or 'dad' or even tell anybody about her parents. He said it was their little game, in which she had to lie and say she couldn't remember her parents, and Blackclaw had found her in the forest. "Now, let's go have a little sniff of the Medicine Cat den... Daddy dearest isn't here to stop me!" she announced gleefully.Ooc; I'll bring Blackclaw in once somebody replies.

Someone's boring me. I think it's me. ~Dylan Thomas Leiko knew that, right know, she could sum up her days with one word: boring. Being a prisoner was a lot less exciting than she thought it would be! She had nothing to do. She wasn't allowed to hunt in case she ran away, so all she could do was laze around the camp getting fat with all this fresh-kill. But then again, she supposed it was a lot better than starving, like she had as a loner. Clan cats had the life. As she wandered around the camp, underneath the overcast sky, she spotted a lone kit heading towards the medicine cat's den. She racked her brains for a name... Stromkit. That was it, she was certain. "Hello Stormkit!" she purred loudly. She hoped she wouldn't scare the little thing. Were kits afraid of strangers? Leiko guessed it depended on their personality. This kit seemed brave though. She hoped she wouldn't startle her.

Stormkit's head shot up and she paused at the sound of her name. The voice didn't sound familiar, and the cat didn't smell like anything she knew, but the fluffy kit strode on over anyway, seeming to forget where she was originally headed. She recognised the cat she'd seen lazing around, and wondered if she was as bored as Stormkit was. "Hi!" she purred as she came to a halt in front of the she-cat. "Who are you? Wanna play?" She bounced quickly from foot to foot in anticipation of a new playmate. She hadn't seen her three siblings since she was tiny and she was missing them; maybe she would feel better with somebody else to play with.

Dalmationpaw was strolling around lazily. He had no mentor, and thusly could not go out of camp. It was infuriating! I'm an apprentice, not a kit! he though scornfully, tail twitching in aggrivation.
But now that Dalmationpaw thought about it, he supposed that there were quite a few cats lazing around these days. Because there was no real drama at the moment. the only noteworthy thing happening was patrols!
Dalmationpaw decided that since Echostar was treating him like a kit, he would act like one too. He started by plopping down right there and rolling in the dirt. Then Dalmationpaw stood and shooke the dirt off his coat.
Seeing a kit and the Prisoner talking, he decided to go over there. Stormkit would be a good kit to copy. He padded over there and mewed "hi!" He added his award-winning crooked smile for effect.

How come I end up where I started? How come I end up where I went wrong Won't take my eyes off the ball again You reel me out and you cut the string. To Leiko's surprise, Stormkit bounced right over to her with a happy expression. "Hi!" she young kit greeted her, "Who are you? Wanna play?" Leiko smiled at her. "Sure," she purred. [To Be Continued, Sorry Once More]
