Starsong
Starsong padded around the clearing, fixing the herbs and puttng them into neat piles. "Lets see, horsetail here, juniper over there, poppy in the back...." Starsong and stopped and looked areound suspiciously."Where is Moonpaw? She was supposed to be helping me sort through the piles!" Starsong sighed. "I'll talk to her after I finish up here. Maybe that talk will teach her to not forget her duties!"
After Starsong had sorted all the herbs and put them in their places, shes headed into camp.

M O O N P A W !
Check yes Juliet Are you with me? Rain is falling down on the sidewalk I won't go, until you come outside
Nearly there! One two! Moonpaw nosed her ball of moss through the tunnel in the thorny wall. Three, four! Keep going! Just a few more pawsteps! The ball seemed to be getting larger and heavier as Moonpaw rolled. But this was duty! This was dedication! This moss ball was needed! Five, six! Moonpaw was finally in the Medicine Cat's den. Ahh, her haven. Cool, sheltered, and always smelling pleasantly of various mixtures of herbs. She tapped the moss ball over to the dwindling pile that was already there. You could never have enough moss. Useful in many ways. Now, her self-assigned task complete, Moonpaw decided to go have a little snack before finding Starsong. That play-battle with Soulpaw had left her tired. She padded out of the den, and over to the fresh-kill pile where she picked up a mouse. Oh, no! That was Starsong on the other side of camp, looking around. Presumably for her. Finally having a Medicine Cat was great, but now it meant she had to follow Starsong's rules instead of doing as she pleased, which suited Moonpaw better. But she would work hard to help ThunderClan. Bolting down the mouse as fast as she could, Moonpaw was quickly finished. She dealt with the remains and wandered casually over to Starsong. "The sun is bright today, isn't it? The forest smells especially strong," she said in her usual dreamy manner. After all, this was more interesting than explaining why she'd been gone.

Starsong
Starsong was in camp, padding back and forth impatiently. Once Moonpaw entered camp, she gave her a hard look, along with her usual fierceness mixed in there."Where were you? It's sunhigh, and you were supposed to be helping sort the herbs back at the den at sunrise!"She stopped and sat down, wrapping her tail elegantly over her paws. "I'll wait for your answer and it better be a good excuse." Starsong knew she pushing her apprentice a bit too hard, but it was necessary. If Shadowclan ever launched a counterattack when they healed, Moonpaw couldn't be padding off on her own. The clan needed her there. But all the same, she was just an apprentice. She reminded Starsong a little bit of her younger self, back when she had been carefree and youthful. Not that Starsong didn't possess those qualities anymore, she just held them back. Her clan came first, and she needed to do everything to serve it. No matter how much she wished she was young again, nothing would happen. She needed to get her head out of memories and into the present, to the war. Starsong focused on Moonpaw once more.
