Name: Rainpelt
Age: 28 moons
Gender: She-cat
Clan: WindClan
Rank: Warrior
Peltage: Her ears, paws/legs, and tail tip are a off-white, while the rest of her pelt is a very light sandy color. Medium length fur, she has small delicate paws, and crystal blue eyes flecked with bright green. She has a barely noticeable scar along her side, from chasing away some rouges. Very lean, swift and agile like many WindClan cats, and is one of the fastest.
(Optional)Picture:none
Personality: Rainpelt is very stubborn. If something isn't going her way, her quick words often turn the argument in her favor. She often gets what she wants because she is very persistent, and many find her annoying this way. Instead of physically getting even, she prefers toying with her victim by taunting them with mental games. She is fiercely proud of her clan, and will claw anyone who questions their strength. She knows of her imperfections, but refuses to admit them. She is sarcastic and a bit of a smart alic, but despite her stuck up personality, she is charming and has many admirers. The apprentices understand and respect her deeply, and twice a tom has confessed ' feelings ' for her. Both times she has rejected these toms, feeling they were inferior. Behind all this, Rainpelt is very playful and loves a intelligent conversation. She is sweet and kind, but this side she rarely shows. Though she is not a senior warrior, she is has much wise advise to give to anyone who will listen.
History: Rainpelt is proud of her pure WindClan blood, or so she thinks. Her father, Whiteears, was foolish tom despite his seniority, when he meet a loner she-cat named Goldenflower. They fell in love, and Goldenflower had Rainpelt and two other kits. The two other kits died because their mother was to weak to care for them after her long journey, while Whiteear, having realized his mistake, took Rainpelt and left Goldenflower. Goldenflower left, only to return shortly after Whiteear's death (from old age) and she died just outside Windclan territory.
Rainpelt grew up, being a playful kit who usually won the play fights, and as an apprentice she was the best fighter, which made up for her slow hunting skills. She soon perfected her hunting skills, and now hunts like a proper warrior should. At 10 moons, she was made a warrior, and was given her own apprentice 6 moons later. Her apprentice is know a proud WindClan warrior.
As a warrior, her closest friend was Rosepelt, whom she grieved for greatly when she fell over into the gorge (see Winterstripes bio). She had seen the look in Rosepelts eyes, as she talked to Winterstripe, and his eyes held the same warm glow. She never was able to figure out her jealousy until Rosepelt had died, leaving her confused and pained. Having lost her best friend, she had lost some of her more playful side, but she is still a strong and proud warrior
IC: Rainpelt stood erect in front of WindClan camp's entrance. She was bored, with Rosepelt and Winterstripes out, and the patrol left without her. She gently lifted her tail and waved it in front of her face. She sighed, and wrapped it around her paws. Think of something to do she suggested to herself. Why is Winterstripes name Winterstripes? Because he has those big black stripes and he was born in the winter? his pelt is as white as leaf-bare snow? her own question, and did the same for every member of the clan. She was thinking of Sparklestar's name wWhy is your name Rainpelt? Easy. I was born on a rainy day and I love watching the rain. Rosepelt? A little trickier she answered herself when a very sullen patrol came back. Her eyes flicked from one cat to the other, noticing the patrol had grown larger.... but yet someone was missing. Her heart stopped cold in her chest as the group approached.
"Where is Rosepelt?" she asked the nearest cat, a grey senior tom. He was silent and looked down before answering, "She fell in the gorge. She's dead" He never looked at her as he pushed past her. It took all her will power not to wail out. She looked to Winterstripes for comfort, but only saw her sadness reflect in his eyes, a sadness deeper than her own. She flopped down as the as it started to rain, StarClan sharing their sorrow.
