You're the only one
I'm into, so could you
Do it again?
Riverfleet let out a soft mew, to let Cranefeather know she was there. She padded up to him, sitting down quickly. "Congrats, warrior." She meowed, craning her neck to give him a quick lick. She slumped to the ground beside him, laying on her side, with her black underbelly showing. Of course she trusted him. But, did he trust her? Her pupils were dilated, giving her an innocent appearance. Of course, she was innocent. Her tail slid over the ground, disturbing the grass, and bending them over. They soon popped up, as if nothing had happened. The wind blew torwards her, so she could smell the river. Yum. Riverfleet was affected by Cranefeather in a good way. He made her smile much more than she used to, and made her forget about all the bad things that happened to her in life. At least he hadn't dissapeared like Whisperpaw did, when Riverfleet was an apprentice. Whisperpaw was a cat she loved, but he dissapeared, and she forgot about him. He had black fur, and beautiful green eyes, and the memory haunted suddenly. She honestly didn't care about Whisperpaw anymore. At least she thought. But Cranefeather hadn't betrayed her, and left her, luckily. A smile creeped onto her face, crooked, yet iresistible. Her tail twitched with anticipation, and she was silent, therefore, she didn't want to say anything. She wasn't alone anymore, for the first time in moons. Somewhere, Whisperpaw was sharing his love with a different cat, and Riverfleet may have never crossed his mind. So, she didn't care, and she was glad she wasn't apart of it. Because, someone actually loved her, and that was what really mattered to her. And, she was deputy. Which meant, she had respect. At least some. Hah, Whisperpaw, someone actually loves me. She thought with pride. Whatever it took to get the memory out of her head was fine, and so was Cranefeather. But she didn't love him because he made the pain go away. It was because he never betrayed her, and he actually cared.[/blockquote]
