Sharpfang remained absolutely still where he was, the only movement from the huge cat, being the slight twitching of his ears as he kept tabs on what went on around him. Sure enough, he knew he was safe here in his clan's home... And yet he wasn't taking any chances with his beloved clan, and what was left of his beloved family... He would fix his gaze upon his leader, smiling warmly to her, showing she had his undivided attention. At first, he didn't even notice the words from the young tom not far off...
Nightkit was a different story... This place was new and yet familiar to her... She longed to simply dart around and explore, getting to know her clan. She looked to her father and tried hard to hold absolutely still just like him, and yet her whole form twitched, her tail lashing here and there in agitation. She didn't want to sit and listen... She wanted to go explore and learn more hunting and fighting techniques. But her attention was soon diverted by a call of her name. She turned to look over her shoulder at an apprentice sized tom.
She glanced at her father and then back at the tom before trotting over to him, sniffing over him lightly, her brows furrowed as she said not a word to him quite yet. And yet she circled him, looking him over critically, before a gasp sounded from her maw. "Dalmationkit!" She squealed, recognizing her littermate. "Dad! Dad it's Dalmationkit!" She mewed out to her father calling him by his kit name, as that was the last thing she knew him by. Goodness Nightkit was making a ruccous at the meeting...
Sharpfang flicked his ears forward in surprise as his daughter bounded off away from him. He glanced to his leader, before pushing to his paws and turning to look to her. And the tom beside her as well. He tensed up a little, not recognizing the tom at first, and he watched his daughter's inspection. And yet suddenly as the scent of the tom hit him as well, distinct from the other cat scents, his eyes widened as he came to the same conclusion as his daughter. "Dalmationkit..." He whispered in surprise before bounding forth and pressing his nose into the flank fur of his son. "Oh my son..." He beamed, surprise and amazement in those amber eyes. He glanced back to Echostar, hoping she wouldn't mind... Afterall this was quite the reuniting... He purred out eagerly as he licked over his son's ears a few times before pausing and looking him over. "Or is it Dalmationpaw now?" He purred softly wondering how long his son had been here without him and if he had a mentor yet.
Snowpelt would roll in the catnip just inside ShadowClan territory with Memoryleaf. They would both mask their scent quite nicely, rolling until no trace of WindClan scent marked them for the time being. She trembled all over at the prospect of going anywhere near ShadowClan's camp, but she trusted Memoryleaf and would nod as he spoke of what they were to do. Once he was done and they were off, she would remain right on his tail, padding after him. Goodness the young WindClanner was terrified, and yet she longed to see her brother, whom she had heard from Gatherings had been taken by Twolegs.
Well she weaved through the territory after her beloved Clanmate, trusting him to lead them to safety. He lead her downwind of ShadowClan camp. The winds were so soft and still anyway, so it almost didn't matter on which side they stood... But she would find a place out of sight, hidden in the brush where she could just see inside the camp. She looked around in silence, until she suddenly saw the hulking figure of her brother, as well as a pair of Apprentices near him. It seemed to be quite a reunion. Goodness she wished for such a reunion with him as well, but she kept her place, trembling all over as she glanced excitedly to Memoryleaf. So far so good... The ShadowClanners were too focused upon the meeting to likely notice the unharming pair of WindClanners in their midst.
(Really really sorry guys! I was absent longer than I thought I would be, and then when I got back, the thread was locked! Lol.)

Snowpelt watched over Memoryleaf as well. No matter what he thought, he was indeed worth missing, and the young she-cat was quickly finding that she would miss him deeply if anything happened to him. She watched anxiously as Memoryleaf darted across the Thunderpath hot on her paws, and made it safely across as well. She trembled all over for a moment, before pushing her nose gently into his shoulder and giving it a light nuzzle. "Well that wasn't so bad..." She breathed softly before drawing back and smiling shyly at him.
Her ears soon perked up as she heard the yowl somewhere off in the distance from Echostar... She was calling a meeting? Wonderful... All the cats would be at that then. This would be very much the opportune time to sneak in. Well she would perk her ears up, alert for any patrol that might be lingering, but nodded in response to Memoryleaf, darting away from the Thunderpath and looking around curiously.
Well it was not long before they spotted a patch of fresh catnip. Goodness this was indeed too perfect. She wasted no time leaping forward to roll in the catnip, getting the scent all over her to mask her own WindClan one. She looked to Memoryleaf as she got out of the way, shaking out her fur a bit as she awaited him to do the same. Sure enough, she would nod. And besides... They weren't about to attack... Snowpelt merely wanted to see her brother... Talk to him if she could... And yet if he was truly among his Clanmates, it would be nigh impossible to get him aside to talk with him... And yet perhaps not... She would have to see. But for now she was just fine being with Memoryleaf in this possibly dangerous situation.

Sharpfang had been spending time reaquainting himself with the lands, as well as sleeping and gathering his strength. He also spent a little bit of time training with Nightkit, though she hoped Echostar would give her a mentor sometime soon. He perked his ears up a bit as he heard the summons from his beloved Leader and he would nudge Nightkit lightly, as they had been in the clearing working on some moves.
He bounded forth with Nightkit hot on his tail. He headed toward the meeting place and smiled as he saw Mintpaw. He didn't know this one very well, but he blinked a gentle hello to her. Goodness he had been gone too long. But it was not long before he would settle himself down near the base of the tree stump to hear what the Leader had to say.
He had been hearing that Echostar still had not chosen a Deputy. Had there been a Deputy since he had been taken? Goodness that had to be likely. There had to have been one... Echostar was looking for a Deputy when he had been taken... Well he would glance around in silence wondering what this meeting was about. Was she to pick a Deputy? Perhaps she was to give Nightkit a mentor... But wouldn't he have heard about this? Well he would lean down to give Nightkit's head a light lick, not that she needed grooming from him anyway, she kept herself emaculately clean all the time. Well with a bat from her at his nose, he would return his gaze to Echostar. Little did he know, he was about to have a dream come true.
Nightkit had been learning fast, despite being caught in the Twoleg nest... She learned about the Warrior Code and everything from her father. And now he was teaching her some about fighting techniques and moves. He hadn't been able to teach her much where they had been. But she was picking it up rapidly.
It was not long before Nightkit too heard the summons from their Leader and she bounded off after her father, looking around eagerly and expectantly, wondering what was to happen now.

Nightkit had been told to stay in the Nursery. She grumbled slightly to herself. She was as big as an Apprentice, heck she was bigger! She had been told to stay in the Nursery and help with the kits... Help with the kits... Pah! They just wanted to keep her out of the way! Heck why didn't they give her her Warrior name already? She was ready! Well ok maybe not... But at least why wouldn't they give her her Apprentice name... 'In due time...' Her father said. In due time hah! But she wanted it now... But no... She was told she would get it in due time. She growled slightly, but then looked up, hearing Shadowrain nearby.
She shook her head a little, but then saw saddness in the older she-cat's eyes. "Shadowrain? Are you alright?" Nightkit had no clue of anything that had happened really in her absence, and not much that was going on while she had been there. She had been a tiny kit afterall... Well she would watch quietly, and move over to the older she-cat, mewing softly to her. Care and compassion shone in the young she-cat's eyes as she surveyed the older cat.

Snowpelt trembled in terror as they stood so close to the Thunderpath. She watched as the monsters whizzed past, sending dust and wind past them, pulling at their fur and tails. She remembered crossing Thunderpath only once... That was when her best friend had been named Leader. She remembered crossing with her to recieve her 9 lives and Leader name. But she hadn't come near since then. But she knew they had to cross her if they were to see her beloved brother. So finally she glanced at Memoryleaf, stepping closer to the road, trembling at every step.
She looked to Memoryleaf as she heard him start to speak and felt him lean closer to her. She trembled, but listened intently to him, her tail snapping in frightened anticipation. She nodded slowly to him as she heard him speak of his plan, her whole frame quaking with fear. But she nodded silently as she heard his words. They made sense. The monsters only traveled in ones, sometimes twos... But never very many at all. So if they did what Memoryleaf said, they should be alright. It was, afterall, what she had done with her Clanmates so many moons ago.
She watched and waited, her paws poised, her whole form coiled and ready to spring forth as soon as one of the great monsters passed. She soon heard the growling of the oncoming monster as well, and prepared herself, looking back to Memoryleaf. Concern for him shone in her gentle blue eyes, but she believed in him. They were WindClan. They would survive this. It was not long before the monster came into view, thundering down the Thunderpath, it's bright red pelt gleaming in the sun. It soon whizzed by them and Snowpelt launched herself onto the hard surface, paws pounding, heart hammering, and eyes not looking back until she found her paws upon soft grass again upon the other side.
Once upon the other side, unscathed, she turned to watch for Memoryleaf, looking around until she caught sight of him. Had he made it before her? Was he behind or right beside her? She had to find him now and make sure he got across safely as well.

Snowpelt kept right up with Memoryleaf, her whiskers twitching in anticipation. Indeed she wanted so baddly to see her brother, whom she hadn't seen in a year, just after finding him again. She trembled all over as she looked around and they trotted right past WindClan camp... Her home and her beloved Clan lay in there, oblivious to what these two were doing. Goodness she felt a pang of anxiety at going against them and the Warrior Code... And yet they weren't doing anything bad... Merely going to visit her brother...
Her tail lashed a bit, her blue eyes sparkling with mingled fear and intense joy. Joy at the prospect of seeing her brother, yes, but also joy at having Memoryleaf with her... She didn't know what it was about him... Honestly she hadn't had a whole lot of contact with him, but she remembered watching him idly from afar and wondering... She had always wanted to have her own family, to have little ones to raise and to love... Perhaps he was the cat to join with to do so... Of course she had to love him first, and honestly she felt that she might be growing to...
She met his gaze many times, though the closer they got to the border, and the dreaded Thunderpath, the more terrified the young she-cat got. But she would manage to hide it under her excitement, willing her paws to continue forward. And they listened to her, carrying her lithe form over the moors of the territory.
Memoryleaf and herself traveled swiftly, as only WindClan cats can, up until they came close to the Thunderpath. Once they reached it, she froze. She always did hate the Thunderpath... It absolutely terrified her... But she would come closer to it, glancing at Memoryleaf. "Well... First we have to get across this..." She indicated with her tail at the Thunderpath, her whiskers visibly trembling with fright.
(Sorry that took so long Flower! And sorry you had to make the board... Lol I got distracted the other day and never got to it...)

Snowpelt hadn't flat out refused... She was merely worried about dragging Memoryleaf into this... Heck, plans were already sparking in the young she-cat's mind as she thought on the plans Memoryleaf had already uttered. Yes. Snowpelt was going across that border to meet her brother... She longed to be certain that he was alright!
Yet she perked her ears up suddenly as she heard him speak of waiting on the border for them... Goodness how many time had she and Sharpfang met at Fourtrees? Her eyes lit up with excitement and eagerness as she thought about this, her gentle blue eyes snapping with delight. She moved over to Memoryleaf and purred bright to him, nodding a bit. "That would work just fine I think!" She nodded all the more, grinning as she heard him speak again. "Yes... I really want to do it... And I really want you with me. Let's try this, I'm sure it will work out." She nodded eagerly once again, her eyes bright with excitement instead of with frusteration. "We can do this..."

Snowpelt watched Memoryleaf hoping he wouldn't be upset with her, it wasn't exactly her fault that she had kin in another Clan... Honestly... But it was such an odd thing... A sweet little WindClan she-cat had a brother in Bloodthirsty ShadowClan... At least that was how the WindClan cats seemed to see them. She dipped her head slightly, knowing it wasn't likely for her to see her brother until the next Gathering. But oh how she wanted to! She gazed at Memoryleaf as recognition shone in his eyes. Yes... Sharpfang and Whitefoot had had little ones...
Well she would gaze off to the side for a moment, until Memoryleaf spoke again. She listened intently to him and paused. Snowpelt had always been the good little cat... Always doing as she was told, and living by the Warrior Code as well as she could. But now... Her desire to see her brother was so strong, that Memoryleaf's idea was so appealing... She thought about it... It was possible... They could enter ShadowClan territory... Perhaps roll in some fox dung or something to confuse their scent... And perhaps they could find her brother! With any luck he would be on patrol... And yet she didn't even know for sure that he was even there...
But she looked up to him as she heard him ask if she wanted him to accompany her. "Memoryleaf... I would love you to, but there's so much danger... If we're found by a ShadowClan patrol... If Bluestar finds out..." She winced slightly, shaking her head a little in uncertainty. But oh how it shone in her eyes, letting him know that she wanted nothing more...

Goodness Snowpelt felt the silence between them begin to grow slightly awkward, but it really didn't occur to her all that much, considering she was so lost in her own thoughts. And yet she too felt a certain bond growing between herself and this Clanmate of hers... Which was odd because before today she hadn't really spoken to him... Or anyone lately for that matter. But now as she spoke softly, she was feeling more and more as if she could trust him.
His next words merely reaffirmed such a feeling, and she nodded gently. It was as if, in her heart, she knew that already... But she had to have him convince her mind with his words. She gave a gentle smile as she felt his tail slide lightly against her flank, and she nodded slightly in response to his words. "Well... This is going to sound strange... But there's a cat in ShadowClan... Perhaps you know of him? His name is Sharpfang..." She paused for a moment, searching Memoryleaf's face for any recognition or any feelings toward such cat. But she would then go on, nodding a little bit. "Well... He's my brother... We don't know exactly what happened that seperated us... But he is my brother... My littermate. We were the only surviving ones out of our litter, but something happened and we were seperated... Well we found eachother almost a year ago, and just after we found eachother he dissapeared... I was terrified that he had been killed but today... Today I had this feeling... This feeling that he was closer than I thought, and he is alive and well... But I cannot figure out a way to see this for myself... I-I cannot tell if this is just wishful thinking on my part or true... But yes... He is the one that I spoke of earlier..." She dipped her head slightly, uncertainty shining in her eyes, not certain how Memoryleaf would take all this.

Snowpelt would cast another light glance back at Memoryleaf, meeting his gaze. She would give a light giggle and glance down at the ground in between her paws. Her tail tip, the only dry part of her, snapped a little as thoughts continued to dart around her mind. She knew she was laying it on too thick, and there was no way he would believe her story, and she didn't want her Clanmate thinking she was hiding this deep dark secret... Well she sort of was, not a deep dark one, but a secret nonetheless.
She couldn't help but grin up at him as he spoke of what a good swim it was, and she nodded a little bit as she licked at one of her paws as well, then moved to give her shoulder a couple quick licks, smoothing the fur there. She glanced up at him again and couldn't help but giggle softly as she saw his whiskers all perked up and the rest of him decidedly not.
Well... Her mind continued to reel a bit... What was up with her? She hadn't even seen him, how in the world did she think she knew he was alive? Well... She glanced at Memoryleaf again. Somehow she felt she could trust him... She would speak softly to him, scooting a little closer. "Memoryleaf... I-I wasn't exactly worried about the fish... Do you... Do you promise not to tell anyone if I tell you?" She perked her ears up as she looked hopefull up at him. She hadn't told anyone, except perhaps her best friend Amberstar, but she was long since gone... And she wasn't even sure if she had told her... But goodness she hoped she could confide in Memoryleaf, and somehow she felt she could... Goodness she was acting like a kit...

Snowpelt could have sighed with relief that Memoryleaf didn't press her further. It wasn't that she didn't trust her Clanmate... Not at all... She just wasn't certain what they would all thing... Snowpelt had been questioning many things... Her beginnings mostly... Neither her nor her brother could remember much... Snowpelt didn't remember anything as drastic as being uprooted and moving to another Clan though... She always remembered being of WindClan... Well she would put those thoughts aside for now, if she wasn't careful she would end up spilling her guts to Memoryleaf, he seemed like such a nice cat...
Well soon enough she heard his words about the Goldfish and she couldn't help but snicker gently before dipping her paw lightly into the water in a gesture to go ahead. "Not at all, just wanted him fresh for catching... Already dead prey just doesn't taste quite as good as the fresh stuff..." She snickered a little bit. She wasn't saying anything about the Clan's way of storing food, it worked very well, but it always was best if you got the kill just after it was killed, just a known fact.
Well it was not long before Memoryleaf flung himself into the pond. Goodness gracious! She stepped back in surprise as water splashed over her paws and up her front. She laughed lightly, her eyes squinting a little in delight as she watched him, amusement obvious upon her maw and in her sparkling eyes. She watched as he floundered about in the pond after that poor little terrified fish, it was amazing that it had not keeled over from a heart attack! That silly tom... Goodness he reminded her of a side of her brother, only she had been able to see... The playful side... She sighed gently, but couldn't help but giggle a little at his antics.
Well she soon watched as he hoisted up out of the pond and sat down. She moved over to comfortingly press her nose into his shoulder, half taking his acts for real. But she giggled a little at his words and shook her head a little bit. "Not at all." She giggled a little, though in reality she was quite soaked from all his splashing, though not nearly as bad as he was. But that seemed to be about to change further! She watched as he began to shake out his pelt, all over her! She let out a yowl then a burst of laughter. "Memoryleaf!" She giggled all the more, well great now she was about as soaked as he was as he seemed to deem it right to share.
