(So I know this is late coming and everything, sorry about that, but I think this needs to be finished up. Sorry guys still random when I can come on, but I'm trying to get on here more.)
Sharpstar watched in silence as his beloved Clan gathered at his paws. He saw them bristling and upset, and it tore him in two. They didn't deserve that, they were under his guidance and care now... Oh Echostar why did you have to depart so soon... He questioned his capabilities something fierce... But he wouldn't let that show. Another lurch took place in the pit of his stomach as he saw how small they had become... ShadowClan had once been so very mighty but now their numblers dwindled. They were hardly ready for a war... But he would hold his head high and address his Clan.
"Today... A number of our own have been attacked... They are to be fine and are being looked after by Skyfire." He took a nod to the older Medicine Cat and then scanned the cats around him again. "This attack came from none other than Duskstar himself." He allowed a snarl to drift past his lips at the mere name and yet collected himself. "He is not to be allowed to treat ShadowClan in such a manner. I have reason to believe a war will not wait for the next moon. War is coming and we must be prepared. ShadowClan has been through many scrapes before and we will survive this one as well." He dipped his head only slightly as he fixed every cat with his blazing gaze. "We will not attack tonight. But tonight must be spent preparing. Infectedsound. Dreamcloud. I ask you to keep watch at the Entrance tonight. Thornpaw, help Skyfire to look after those wounded, and the rest of you, we will make the camp so secure that Duskstar and his cats shall not enter." He swung his gaze around to fix a trio of cats nearby. "You three lead the first patrol and report to me when you've returned."
With that the large leader would jump down from the stump, dismissing his Clanmates with a twitch of his tail. They needed a strong and confidant Leader to lead them through this... And he would give them that to the best of his ability.
Nightpaw couldn't stand to go far from Marshflight... She loved him, this much she knew... But she would move to the entrance of the Medicine Cat's den to stand near Skyfire to listen to what her father had to say. Mixed feelings dashed through her large Apprentice form... Pride in her father... Fear of upcoming days... Her unbridled love for the cat that now lay in the den behind her... The need to protect their Clan... All these coursed through her... Along with a hope that she would one day soon join the ranks of the full Warriors. She understood why this was being postponed but it hurt... She wouldn't leave Marshflight's side for a second anyway, but... Why wasn't her father making her a Warrior...
After her father's words were given, she would move quickly back inside to stay at the side of her beloved... She nuzzled him gently and checked over him again to be certain all was well.

(No problem at all Snowpelt would stand at the entrance of the den, glancing around as she didn't receive an answer right away. She was patient, but it was also pretty early in the morning, and she felt appologetic for waking the young tom if he was still asleep, but they needed to train. It was late enough in the morning that it was not unheard of for the Clan to be awake. But Snowpelt would call gently and wait patiently for her Apprentice to come out. She knew some of the Warriors would hiss and fuss at their Apprentices, but she found a more gentle approach to work. Not that she would let herself be walked over, not at all... It was well known that Snowpelt was not a push over and could take control if she needed. She simply chose not to most of the time. She smiled warmly as she saw the bright blue eyes of her beloved Apprentice, followed by his brown form. She would step back from the entrance of the den to give him room, smiling at the 'not quite there' look in his eyes as he tried to wake up and focus, cleaning his paws and self a bit. She would patiently wait for this, merely smiling quietly until he spoke to her. Her tail whipped back and forth a little bit until it settled into a business like sway. "Good morning to you too Loudpaw... I thought we'd head out for some hunting this morning... Then maybe go find somewhere quiet to practice some fighting techniques?" She spoke in a manner that was almost a questioning one, and yet her words did not invite rejection. She knew well who was the Warrior and who the Apprentice... But her way was not one of dominance, it was one of gentle guidance... She was young, but thus far it seemed to work for her.

Tumblestep continued on, her ears pricked ahead of them, all the while still listening to the conversation going on around her. She desperately wanted to catch some more for her Clan, and yet the news passing between her beloved Clanmates worried her quite a bit. She nodded slightly in understanding as she listened to Jasperpaw's worries about Ribbonpaw. Tumblestep really needed to pay more attention... She hadn't even realized Ribbonpaw was missing, but she would nod in encouragement to the young tom. "Yea I'm sure she'll be back in no time Jasperpaw. Maybe even by the time we get back from the hunt, but we can look for her for a while after."
She smiled warmly to him, before looking to Shrubwhisker again. She wondered what was on his thoughts... Often these days she could guess... And she wondered if it was Thunderpaw... She dipped her tail slightly at the thought... Tumblestep had been the only surviving kit in her Litter... So she had no Litter mates, and yet growing up, Thunderpaw and, at that point, Shrubpaw, had been as close to her as any Litter mates. And now here they were... Without Thunderpaw... She sighed slightly but continued to remain alert for prey scents and sounds.
Tumblepaw also knew that their hunt very well may be fruitless, and yet a sudden rustle to the left of their paws made her jerk and freeze where she was, before suddenly planting her paws and doing the odd bunny hop bounding that she had become quite well known for. Before long a scuffle was heard in the brush, and soon enough out trotted Tumblestep, her jaws clasped around a small starling. She looked quite proud of herself, but that was stopped rapidly as she managed to trip over her forepaws and stumble a bit. It didn't take long to right herself, but she looked slightly sheepish and would imediately set to scraping away some earth to bury her catch.

Snowpelt paced around the Clan clearing... They needed to be ready... She had heard what had been said at the last Gathering... War was coming... Danger was here... The sweet young she-cat felt it, and she was growing frusterated and confused by the seeming lack of worry in her Clan. She tried to explain it to them gently... They were all in very real danger... Well she would glance around the camp at where cats were sleeping or eating or sharing tongues... It was quite early in the morning still, but cats were up...
Her pawsteps would carry her to the Apprentice's Den, hoping to find her own Apprentice there. She glanced inside the dim den, and smiled as she saw the cute forms of a few of the Apprentices inside, dozing slightly. Well she shook her head a little and mewed into the Den. "Loudpaw... Are you in here?" She smiled warmly, her voice soft and friendly as she sought her Apprentice. She figured she'd take him out for a training session today. StarClan knew they could all use it, they needed strong Warriors and Apprentices to make sure all stayed well and that life in the Forest was not interrupted by danger and traitorous deeds.
A slight shiver ran through her, but she would try again. "Loudpaw?" She mewed softly, still seeking the Apprentice tom.

Sharpstar snarled slightly to himself as the group of cats dissassembled from the Clearing of their beloved Camp. Now... With the facts offered him, Duskstar and ThunderClan could not get off scott free... They stepped over the line... No Leader should act this way and he had to be put down. He paced slightly as he moved into his Den, thinking of how he would tell the Clan. He had already spoken to Skyfire and told him that those wounded and those staying with them need not attend this meeting.
But before his Clan had long to spin tales to teachother, he would leap up onto the Stump, his paws moving over the scratches and nicks of the claws of cats that stood in the very place he did, so many years before he... And he nodded slightly, cementing in his own mind what he was to tell them and what was to take place now... ShadowClan could not simply sit by while all this happened... So he would give the customary yowl to his Clan, his voice certain, but not tainted with the anger he felt... Calm and collected was his way, and how he would lead his Clan. He could not allow it to fall into chaos. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather at the Stump for a Clan meeting!"
He yowled out before falling silent, seating himself upon the large tree stump, curling his tail over his paws, looking the part of the assured Leader. His Clan needed his guidance during these times of uncertainty... And he was to give it to them.

Sharpstar Sharpstar watched Warhawk, a coldness in his eyes... Though not for her, never for her... But for Duskstar and all that had happened today. He tensed a little, but felt his heart warm slightly at the interactions between his Clanmates. Mostly Stormcry, Warhawk, and Ghostwing. They were close and strong... Together they could weather any storm. This he knew, and yet he also knew they couldn't weather it without severe losses. Soon enough Sharpstar was jerked roughly out of his thoughts as an infuriated Skyfire rounded on him. It took quite a bit for the strong Leader not to shrink away from his fierce gaze. Sharpstar always respected Skyfire... From the time he came to this Clan as a tiny kit, none of which did he recall in any clarity... As far as he remembered, he had always been here... And yet he knew differently by his sister who resided in WindClan... He listened intently to Skyfire's angry words, his eyes unblinking and stance strong. Once Skyfire finished, he nodded slowly, though spoke strong and yet still respectfully to him. "Skyfire. I understand your fury. You're correct... We cannot allow this to go on. But alone we cannot hope to defeat both of the Clans... I will think on this matter and know what we shall do by your meeting with StarClan." And as he finished speaking. His stance would give the clear sign that this matter was closed for the time being, and he would move to aid Warhawk and Ghostwing to the Medicine Cat's den, flicking his ears back as he heard Skyfire move to speak to his daughter. As he moved by, he saw the trio of Warriors from the same Litter. He dipped his head only slightly in aknowledgement to them. There would be an announcement soon enough about the horrors that had taken place... Sharpstar needed to rouse his Clan... Not that it would likely take much. But this may very well mean war... Nightpaw Nightpaw lay her larger form close to Marshflight, her gaze locked upon the Tom beside her. She was quickly analyzing and coming to conclusions on the odd feelings she had been feeling. She loved this Tom... It hit her hard square between the eyes... She loved him... And this seemed so odd for her... The Apprentice loved the Mentor... True enough they were oddlings... him young for his position and her old... And yet there was still quite the gap between them... Yet again as hokey as it sounded, love knew no bounds... She smiled warmly at him, though surveyed his form worriedly much like a mother would her kit... She would wash her tongue gently through his fur after she had placed the cobwebs and everything to set his wounds to healing. Soon enough, however, she heard Skyfire speak. She tensed a bit as he spoke of helping Marshflight to his Den, and yet when he spoke of her being allowed to stay with him, she would relax, and nod, dipping her head respectfully to him. "Yes of course Skyfire." She would imediately move, getting to her feet and moving to tenderly nudge Marshflight to his feet. "Come on Marshflight... We're going to get you to Skyfire's den... And you can rest all you need there..." She would mew to him softly and tenderly. She glanced to Skyfire who got on his other side, and she would move to press her shoulder gently to his to help support his weight as they moved their Deputy toward the den of the Medicine Cat.

Tumblestep's sensative ears perked up as she gazed over Shrubwhisker. Indeed... It was odd, but Tumblestep felt quite the strong feelings toward her Clan mate... They had been through much together, and looked forward to many many more moons in the same Clan... But that's it Tumblestep... He doesn't like you that way, so quit your silly thoughts and focus... She sighed inwardly at that mere thought, and yet would shake her head a bit as she moved fluidly through the forest with the others.
She grinned as her attention was diverted to young Jasperpaw and as she heard Stumbleknot's words, she nodded in encouragement. "Of course Jasperpaw, you can come with us." She grinned and nodded, though felt a sudden pang. She was young yet of course, but she didn't yet have an Apprentice of her own... That frusterated her to no end, and yet she wouldn't say a thing to Duskstar... Duskstar... That was another thing heavy on her mind... He was such an... Well an un-ThunderClan like Leader... It terrified her to be honest, but she wasn't afraid to speak up to him, and yet when it came to getting an Apprentice... She kept silent.
Well the words from Shrubwhisker caught her off guard... She smiled warmly to him and nudged him lightly with her shoulder before trotting off. For the moment she outwardly dismissed his words playfully with a flick of her tail, and yet one could bet that they would be playing and replaying through her mind for quite a while. It wasn't possible... Was it? Well she heard Jasperpaw's question and she grinned broadly. "I was thinking just the same thing Jasperpaw... The area near Sunningrocks would be a prime place for prey to be I'm sure." She smiled as she heard Stumbleknot's words on this subject as well, nodding again as she would change her course to head toward Sunningrocks now.

Nightpaw Nightpaw would gaze over Marshflight's wounded form as she fed him the Poppy Seeds. She watched his form relax and watched as he lay down, his gaze turning slightly hazy with the pain killing effects of the seeds. But his gaze remained fixed upon her, and her's upon him as she checked him over, nosing him lightly again and again, even though she knew there was nothing she could do about his wounds. Except what she was already doing... She continued to gently press cobwebs to his wounds to help them to seal up and heal properly. She cringed a little as she doctored up a particularly bad looking one, and pressed the cobwebs gently in against it, her actions gentle and tender. She had finaly put cobwebs in every wound she could find and Marshflight had eaten his Poppy Seeds. She glanced at Skyfire as he yelled for people not helping to get away... Oh if he were to try to tell the young she-cat to get away from her beloved Mentor, he would have another thing coming... She may be sweet and gentle most of the time, but she was large, and it wasn't for nothing that she was the kit of Sharpstar and more impressively, Whitefoot. It was doubtful that Skyfire wouldn't remember the temper and ferocity of her mother... But thankfully Skyfire didn't seem eager to send her off, so she would move silently to curl her large frame up beside Marshflight, laying beside him, their flanks touching. She heard his murmered words, and she would move to lick his ear tenderly. "You will Marshflight... You will be right there with me when I receive my Warrior name... You have been with me through all this and you will be with me then..." She murmered right back, pride and joy in her gentle voice as she spoke to this cat she so held strong feelings for. She would look worriedly to Warhawk and her mother as she came out with the aid of Stormcry... She sighed lightly. She had heard tale of what happened, and it caused her to cringe inwardly, laying her ears back in sympathy for what Warhawk must be going through. She would nuzzle gently against Marshflignt. She could never imagine being able to go through that... But at Skyfire's words to Stormcry, she wouldn't budge an inch away from Marshflight's side. Sharpstar Sharpstar flicked his ears forward in surprise as the Lavender seemed to work, judging by the sneezing from the Warrior he was trying to help revive. He jumped back from her a couple inches, dropping the Lavender and raising his head, surveying her silently. He would look around at all that were gathered, letting Skyfire look to the young she-cat. He looked upon her with concern as what happened sank in on him, and anger would burn at the ThunderClan Leader. No one messed with his Clan... No one. His gaze softened, however, as it moved to Marshflight and Nightpaw... His daughter... He should have known and seen it truly before, and yet he hadn't with all that had gone on... But they were getting closer and closer... And somehow even the father inside him didn't mind... Marshflight was a wonderful cat, perfect for his headstrong but gentle daughter... He would nod but suddenly look up as Skyfire spoke of moving Warhawk to his den. He would nod again and leap back to the she-cat's side, nudging her ever so gently. "Come on Warhawk... Get up... Let's go..." He murmered softly and soothingly to her, though his voice still held the firm command of the Leader he was. He had to look after his own... And of course, he would.

Morningpaw couldn't help but giggle as she romped with Larksong. Now this was odd for both the Warrior and Apprentice as neither were normal ones to be seen romping... But here they were romping together. She giggled playfully and batted right back at Larksong quite happily and of course with no claws.
Yet soon enough both the Warrior and Apprentice ended up tumbling right into the River from which they had pulled an impressive amount of fish for their Clan. Morningpaw yowled as she was dragged right into the cold water, but she would start thrashing and swimming as every RiverClan cat is taught to do pretty much from kithood. Sure she had gotten some water in her throat as she breathed in surprise when going down, but it wasn't much, and as soon as she got to the surface, it cleared.
She heard Larksong's call and she giggled a bit. "I'm here Larksong!" And with that she would swim over closer to the Warrior with a giggle before heading for the shore, climbing out, and shaking her fur out with another giggle. Her beautiful silky fur was now all bedraggled and wet, but her spirits were not diminished as she watched the Warrior with a bright grin.

Tumblepaw perked her ears up as she heard Stumbleknot and Shrubwhisker both say they were ready. She purred eagerly and nodded quickly. "Alright, off we go then!" She grinned happily and would bound for the entrance to the camp, tail up and eyes eager. However, she soon heard the voice of Jasperpaw yelling out for Stumbleknot. Of course Tumblepaw would pause her pawsteps to look behind them at the smaller cat as he ran over to them. She smiled warmly to him and would look away, awaiting for Stumbleknot's business with him to be done, or perhaps for the young cat to be ready to come with them.
She thought out the route to Sunningrocks, wanting so baddly to prove herself well to her Deputy and of course Shrubwhisker... Tumblepaw usually wasn't the best hunter... Even fully grown, her paws were so much bigger than they should have been and so it was a constant hindrance for her, even with her new fangled way of running. She purred slightly, but perked her ears up as she heard Stumbleknot's words, and she flushed a bit and dipped her head some. "Oh quit Stumbleknot... I was lucky is all..." She grinned at him to show his words pleased her despite her teasing tone. But she grinned a bit as she heard the business seemingly finishing up a bit between Stumbleknot and the Apprentice.
But before it ended, she would sidle up to Shrubwhisker, nudging him gently and licking his ears briefly. "You doing alright my friend?" She tilted her head a little as she pressed her flank caringly against him and nuzzling his neck a little. Indeed she was feeling oddly friendly, but if Shrubwhisker showed uncomfortable behavior she would stop imediately.

Sharpstar had finally gotten enough rest, and had healed and regained his strength back to the strong cat he once was. For now he was in the Camp, he was one of the few that were, and were awake. His ears flicked forward as he looked around his den, feeling that he should go get some hunting done. And so he would hope up and move quickly for the entrance of the den, stretching slightly as he reached it. He would then glance about, freezing as he caught the scent of a Loner in close proximity. He hissed in surprise and anger. Hadn't they had their fair share of Loners trespassing on their lands already? And this one was, once again, bold enough to waltz into their Camp.
But... Sharpstar... Being the wise and calm Leader he was, and knowing they could use allies wherever they could find them, would move swiftly toward the Loner in the camp. His eyes would hold no judgement... Yet... But they would survey the cat warily. Again, so soon, someone was invading his beloved home. But he would move up to the cat, head and tail thrust high, his eyes steely. "What is your business here?" He would ask in a rather rough voice, watching the cat carefully. A small snarl raised itself to his lips as he saw the cat's catch... Who did he think he was, hunting on ShadowClan lands... Well for now he said nothing of this... He was rather surprsied to see that the cat had only three legs. To him... This could be a weakness, unless proven otherwise... He needed to test this one before allowing him to join in his Clan. He knew the season would be harsh, but he wasn't having any cats laying around in Camp and getting a free ride through. Then again, he could obviously hunt, unless of course he simply found the poor creatures dead already... But he would watch silently for now, awaiting the stranger cat's answer.
OOC: Sorry this took so long Snakey!

Nightpaw Nightpaw listened attentitavely to what Stormcry had to say. Her eyes were wide with fear as she heard that Marshflight was injured, and her gaze would imediately be tossed over Stormcry's shoulder and into the heart of the Camp. She soon saw the broken form of her beloved Mentor and friend. She looked back to Stormcry, remembering her manners, and dipped her head before mewing a soft thank you to him. Then, without another word, the large Apprentice would dash by, making a bee line right for Marshflight. Indeed... Both cats held a deep fondness for eachother, and it was obvious in the way she ran to him, and the way he sought her out. She would move to gently nose over him even though Skyfire was already doing a wonderful job at treating him. "Marshflight..." She murmered softly, caring in every touch and sound from the young she-cat. She would nudge him gently with her nose, trying to get him to lie down. "Marshflight... Reserve your strength..." She would keep an ear out to Stormcry's explination as he spoke to her father, hearing what happened. She shuddered just a little, but would not remove herself from Marshflight's side. She heard Skyfire barking out orders, and only when she heard his name, did she snap to attention. He was telling her to tend to Marshflight, well not hessitation would take place, instead she moved quickly to grab up some poppy seeds, which lay on a leaf, and would move to offer them gently to her beloved, before swabbing her paw in cobwebs to set to applying them to his wounds as Skyfire said. She didn't have the practice that Skyfire and Thornpaw had, and yet she seemed to have a natural ability there. Not a Medicine Cat, neither would she want to, and yet... There was ability there. Sharpstar Sharpstar watched the situation around him in silence after his rather loud words. He wanted to know what had happened here, his eyes wide with confusion as three of his Warriors... His Clanmates were hurt. He was watching Marshflight, wanting answers from him, and yet he was understanding that he was very much hurt. He watched as his daughter was brought over and began imediately attending to Marshflight. This warmed his heart despite the situation at paw. He would look up as Stormcry made his way over to him, raising his head just a bit and fixing Stormcry with that unblinking gaze. As he spoke of having some of the story, he would nod. "Please go on Stormcry." He said, nodding and listening intently to what was said. Every word made him tense more and more. Duskstar was over his bounds. They must prepare for a war. ShadowClan would not strike first. At this moment they were in no position for a war, but if a war was to come they would be prepared. Sharpstar snarled, knowing something was coming, but he also knew these cats needed to be taken care of first. "Thank you Stormcry." He said, his manner gentleing back into his calm self. Skyfire's voice rang out to him as he yowled about them not standing around, and inwardly he grinned just slightly, and would have outwardly if the situation were not dire. Skyfire hadn't changed much since he'd known him... Which amazingly was since he was found as a tiny kit. Skyfire had been the Medicine Cat the entire time he had been alive... This absolutely blew him away. But he would nod quickly. Skyfire was the only one that Sharpstar would take instruction from and he would move to pick up a small bunch of Lavender and move to Warkhawk's side, beginning to gently wave it under her nose in hopes of awakening her. "Come on Warhawk... Wake up... We need you if we are to take on these ThunderClanners..." He murmered, knowing that kindling the spirit was key to kindling the body.

I am in agreement with the whole one moon a Gathering thing... But if you want to speed up the aging a bit like make your charrie jump ahead a few moons that's flexible... And if they have syblings, that wouldn't be a real problem, just talk to their players about aging with you and come to a comprimise with them... But yea... *Shrug* I am rather random in the way I have my cats age anyway, lol I don't have a set way of doing it. Whenever I think about it I just go ummm... My cat is... This age. And pick it rather randomly with it still making sense. Lol Dunno.
